Purchases & Refunds

Check to make sure your credit card is not blocked. If you are using PayPal to pay for your purchase, please contact PayPal or go into your PayPal account to find out if your account has enough funds. If you are getting an system error on our site, Please use the contact form and indicate what error you received.
If you decide to cancel your membership within 15 days of registration, you can request a refund thru our support or the contact form below.
If you have a discount coupon, you can redeem it at check out.
Hover over My Account, select My Memberships. Once on your membership account under Level you can change (upgrade, downgrade) or cancel your membership
Hover over "Account" on the main navigation bar, select my downloads to go to your downloads account dashboard select "downloads"

Account and Courses

Go to profile, select settings, under general tab, make changes under "Nickname" click "Save Changes". Once changes have been save, select the name you want to display from the drop down list under "Display name publicly as"
To change your profile picture, go to Profile - Settings - Avatar
On the bottom of the email, click on the subscribe link.
Go to your Profile, select Settings then, select the Password tab and make the necessary changes
Click Login select "Lost your Password?" link, enter your email address click on "Reset Password"
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to Latinflutes@latinflutes.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
Your courses can be found under Profile along with your certificates, grades, quiz results and wish list.
Once on your Profile, click on the link of the course you want to start, you will be taken to the course's main page, click on the "Take this course button"
Each Lesson has a "Complete" button at the bottom of each lesson that you will need to press before you go to the next.
Just click the "Complete" button at the bottom of the Lesson you want to skip.
under your profile, select the certificate tab, select the certificate you want to print, download your certificate first, open on our default or preferred picture viewer, print according the software you are using to view the certificate.
Please reload or refresh your browser.
If you are unable to navigate to other options inside your profile, please click the profile link on the top bar to reset the page.
To cancel your account, Please send a support request with your user name and email to have one of administrators delete your account from our system. Please note that once the account is deleted, we can not restore it. If you sent a request to cancel your account in error, please send another support request indicating that you would like to keep your account.
